When a merchant connects, the system securely requests scopes for Google Business Profile management, exchanging code blocks for access tokens. Token refreshes are coordinated via backend Supabase functions, keeping credentials hidden from client inspectors.

02. AI RESPONSE TONE CUSTOMIZATION

Reviews require custom responses, not generic bot templates. Merchants provide business context details, NAICS attributes, and choose their tone profile (Friendly, Professional, Brief). The AI context module feeds these variables into Claude, drafting custom responses that address client concerns in the business's natural voice.

03. DRAFT APPROVAL PIPELINE

Owners require total control over review responses. The dashboard structures custom automated workflows. Positive reviews (4 and 5 stars) can be auto-published to Google Business immediately. Negative reviews (1 to 3 stars) are flagged, locked as drafts, and trigger email alerts, permitting the merchant to edit and approve the draft manually before publication.
